Can we guarantee positive results?

One of the most common questions we are asked, for obvious reasons, is:

“Can we guarantee positive results?”

It’s a great question. If you are going to be investing money in yourself or for your people, you want to know that you’re going to get a positive outcome from it.

So can we guarantee positive results? Absolutely not. The participant is the only person that can dictate whether or not they can get a positive outcome. What we will do is mitigate the risk as much as we can. Here’s how:

The pre-course interview

Before we start the program, we interview every potential participant on a one-to-one basis, to get to know them and to understand their wants and needs, as well as those of their organisation. We explain what’s involved and how many hours are required. This is not a quick fix. They are going to have to make changes and, as a result, get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

There are also some pre-course assessments and upfront agreements in terms of goals and objectives, both personally and professionally, for the participant.

Multisensory learning and spaced repetition

The way we deliver is through a combination of multisensory learning and spaced repetition.

The participant will be given materials in both written and audio formats to encourage a combined reading and listening practice, that will maximise information absorption. The participant will also engage in the tactile sense of writing through our Plan of Action materials.

This is all achieved though spaced repetition (i.e. little-and-often, rather than in one overwhelming info dump.)

Tracking and measurement systems

After every session we monitor progress. We involve line managers in this process to open up a three-way communication triangle.

If that’s not enough, here’s out final guarantee: If this is your first time working with us and at the halfway point either yourself, or one of your key people is not satisfied with the result; assuming they attended all sessions and completed all the work, we will refund your fee in full.
