Announcing the launch of an exciting new programme, Women as Leaders, with the inspirational Jane Weaver.
If you don’t know her amazing story Jane started her career in administration with Birmingham City Council, before moving into PA work in retail and finally as a PA to a Board of Directors in the Utility Industry. She took up a role as a PA in a logistics company and a few years later led a management buyout of the business, becoming owner and Managing Director. The business progressed successfully, increasing turnover four-fold through offering additional services, moving premises and establishing a reputation as a high-quality service company.
During this time, in recognition of her success, Jane won an Everywoman Director of the Year award, the Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year award and was made a fellow of the Institute of Couriers in 2016. The same year Jane sold her business and now offers coaching, mentoring and consultancy services to others who seek to replicate her success. In 2018 Jane joined Orange and Blue Action as a full time Leadership Coach and Senior Associate to head up this exciting new project. Jane will be the senior coach during the programme and will bring all of her valuable experience and success essentials to each of the 13 scheduled workshops. Jane will be joined throughout the course by a series of other successful business women who will each add great value, knowledge and insight into the Women as Leaders journey.
