    The Leadership Connection - Lunch event

    ​Designed to inform, educate and inspire.

    The Leadership Connection lunch is a professionally hosted event, giving you opportunity to discuss all things leadership, people and performance, in a mutually supportive, safe and collaborative environment. The principle philosophy is to provide a platform where business leaders can share knowledge with, and gain insight from, like-minded people.

    Your hosts for the day are Nicola Morris, Director of PeopleRe and Mark Tonks, Director from Orange and Blue UK who between them have almost 50 years of practical experience in all things people and performance.

    In addition you will hear from industry experts and specially selected speakers with relevant and inspiring stories to tell.

    The speaker at our inaugural event was Jeremy Dale, CEO of Birmingham City FC. Jeremy shared his journey of success as well as recounted a story of how he built a retail store in just 12 days, leading to the one and only Bono describing it as “The Punk Rock Of Business”

    The next event is scheduled for Thursday 15th May (Venue TBC) and the keynote on business growth and scale up will be delivered by Mark Petty.

    Mark is currently a Non-Executive Director for three organisations but really established a reputation as the Chief Growth Officer at Littlefish, an IT managed service provider based in Nottingham, UK. After joining as Sales & Marketing Director and co-owner in January 2017, he was instrumental in driving the company's growth from £6 million to £54 million in a little over six years, attracting significant PE investment from LDC and Bowmark Capital.

    Before Littlefish, Mark served on the UK board of NextiraOne and Sales Director for IT Outsourcing at Dimension Data (Now NTT). An award-winning Director, Mark has been recognized on many occasions including as the Institute of Directors' Director of the Year for SMEs in 2013.
