How long does it take?
In short: It will vary.
We are not a quick-fix business, nor do we offer half-day workshops. We have different programs that will take different lengths of time. Depending on the program, we will either be working individually or with a group of your people from anywhere between three to nine months.
Our Productivity Program lasts up to three-and-a-half months, involving twice monthly meet-ups, either online or in a classroom, for up to two hours.
Our Personal Leadership Program might take up to nine months and works on a one-to-one basis. The length of the program can differ, but nine months is the basic length of engagement time.
How much do i have to commit to each week?
That’s entirely up to the individual. We would suggest three hours a week spent reading, listening to, and working on the material, but we will strive to make this as flexible, convenient and practical as we can.
However, most of the work is done on the job in real time. You apply the ideas at work, assess the results, then adapt, change and implement again.
Ultimately, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out. If it’s a results-based decision, then hopefully the outcomes will be more than worth the time you’ve put in.
